About Us

43 percent of women who have kids leave the workforce at some point. In this series of fireside chats with inspiring women, spanning a variety of industries and experiences, host Claudia Reuter aims to share more examples than what we typically see of what's possible for women thinking through work and family decisions. A former stay-at-home mom herself, Reuter went on to be a venture-backed CEO, an executive at a >$2B company, a board director, and a Managing Director at Techstars. Here, she profiles authors, tech executives, doctors, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home moms and more who share their professional journeys and advice for women grappling with work-life balance.
