How many of you love your body but would like to up your wellness game? Do you feel like you've tried to do better for your body and overall wellbeing but nothing has stuck?This podcast is about being knee-deep in change and all the ups and downs that come along with it. Come join me as I share my journey and also share techniques and strategies that are helping me reach my version of health. This isn't a story of reaching a goal, a goal weight, or a goal health. It's a story of process, of creating a consistent healthy life.
