If you are someplace where moving your arms while listening would seem weird or awkward you can totally do this movement meditation by moving your hands, or fingers, or even your toes! Soothing Pain Release Meditation

This meditation for pain release can help both with new injury pain as well as the more chronic types. Some people even love to use it for soothing painful emotions like anger, frustration, and sadness. Like many people I experience chronic pain (mine is due to a car accident from many years ago). This is one of the practices I use to soften and release my pain when it builds up. Of course some days (and weeks) are better than others so it's always great to have a go-to when we need it.
